TV chef "Studi" and Le Patron
Perfectly suited: Le Patron, Elevetino and TV chef Andreas C. Studer
Food suppliers were called on to submit their products for creations such as Chilli con carne or Green Thai Vegetable Curry – and Le Patron was awarded the contract thanks to its extensive know-how and meticulously prepared dishes. The meals were produced in Böckten (canton Basel-Land) in accordance with Studi’s recipes and instructions, put into portion bags and individually pasteur-ised. On board the train, the meals simply need to be steamed, resulting in efficient working procedures and faster service – a perfect example of well-executed convenience cuisine.
